Setting the end of the show, a year after the movie but there is something else that is quite fascinating as each of the three hour-long specials has coincided with a major event in Rapunzel's life. The passage of time is an interesting thing with this series as the pilot movie, Before Ever After is set just six months after the events of the movie itself and this episode here is set on Rapunzel's nineteenth birthday.
